Ready to Ship:
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom / Bespoke Pieces:
For custom-made or personalised jewellery, production times may vary depending on the design and level of detail.
The exact timeframe is always discussed individually with the customer and confirmed before production begins.
You will always receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you do not see these emails.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Astraluniverso is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges applied by your country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are separate from our product and shipping prices.
If a shipment is refused due to customs charges:
- the order is not eligible for a refund
- original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from store credit (if applicable)
For clarity on potential charges, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.
For USA orders: tariffs are covered on the first delivery attempt only. If a parcel is returned and reshipped, additional charges may apply and will be forwarded to the customer.
RESPONSIBILITY & TERMS
We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address details
- uncollected parcels
- refusal or failure to accept delivery
In these cases:
- orders are not eligible for a refund
- redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer
Once an order has been dispatched, Straluniverso is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. However, we will always assist you in contacting the carrier to investigate any issues.
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
