CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as production begins immediately.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:
- Be in their original, unworn condition
- Include all original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use
- Be returned within 14 days of your return request
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Please ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number, as Astraluniverso cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Items must be returned using a tracked shipping service.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

6 MONTH WARRANTY
I stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewellery and offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
- Natural ageing, oxidation, patina, or colour changes
- Surface scratches or normal wear and tear
- Stone chipping
- Misshaping or bending due to pressure or impact
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products
- Minor variations resulting from hand-finishing
My jewellery is crafted from materials that naturally evolve over time. Such changes are not considered manufacturing defects.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
If a manufacturing fault is identified, Astraluniverso will repair, replace, or refund the item at its discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Made-to-order jewellery pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

FREE GIFTS
Free gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
